Sarah Davis, non-attorney advocate and educational consultant, has been working with patients of The Center for Vision Development since 2016. Sarah advocates for students at the local, state and federal level to raise awareness of vision disabilities and works to break down the barriers faced by children with disabilities and their families. Sarah practices within Anne Arundel and surrounding counties in Maryland. She received her special education advocacy training through the Council of Parents, Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA) and other local and national organizations. She is a parent of five children with a range of disabilities and is a military veteran. Sarah is very active in her community, testifying numerous times over the years at the state and local level for disability rights. She has formed many local and online organizations to increase public awareness and to bring parents and providers together to support students with disabilities and to create a unified voice.
Sarah is available for free 20 minute consultations for all patients of The Center for Vision Development. If additional support is needed, she is available for additional advocacy support, including attending IEP/504 meetings. Please call our office to set up your consultation.
